At RISYNTH BIO, all orders are processed according to structured fulfillment and shipping procedures designed to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational integrity.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Business Days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (7-14:30 CST), excluding observed holidays.

In-Stock Items

  • Orders placed during business days are typically fulfilled within one (1) business day.
  • Fulfillment includes inventory allocation, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for carrier transfer.
  • Once fulfilled, orders are generally shipped on the following business day, subject to carrier pickup schedules.

Out-of-Stock / Incoming Inventory

  • Items not currently in stock will ship once inventory arrives at our facility.
  • For orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items, in-stock items will ship as they become available by default.
  • Customers may request consolidated shipment of all items once inventory is complete by contacting support prior to fulfillment.

Holidays & Operational Delays

  • Orders placed during weekends or on observed holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Carrier pickup and transit times may be impacted during federal holidays, peak shipping seasons, or unforeseen service disruptions.
  • RISYNTH BIO does not guarantee delivery timelines during holiday periods.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped via reputable national carriers.
  • Tracking information is provided via email once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
  • Tracking updates may take time to activate after label creation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and or selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

RISYNTH BIO is not responsible for delays, losses, or mis-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Carrier Responsibility & Transit

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are subject to carrier operations and conditions beyond our control, including weather, regional disruptions, and peak volume periods.

Order Modifications

Requests to modify shipping preferences, consolidate shipments, or update addresses must be submitted prior to order fulfillment. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may not be possible.

Additional Notes

  • Processing and shipping timelines are subject to change based on order volume, inventory availability, and operational capacity.
  • RISYNTH BIO reserves the right to adjust fulfillment schedules as necessary to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Pre-order items often carry an early-access discount while production and quality release are finalized. Once inventory is received, tested, and moved to in-stock status, standard pricing may be reinstated or adjusted upward based on availability and batch release.
