RISYNTH BIO — Order, Refund & Resolution Policy
At RISYNTH BIO, we are committed to consistency, transparency, and professional service. All materials are supplied For Research Use Only (RUO). By placing an order, you agree to the policies below. These standards allow us to maintain product integrity, fair pricing, and reliable fulfillment for the research community.
1. Order Inspection & Issue Reporting (24 Hours)
All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any issue — including missing items, incorrect product, shipping damage, or transit concerns — must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos. Requests submitted after this window may not qualify for resolution. In rare circumstances where immediate inspection is not possible due to delivery conditions, reports may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Include: Order number, photos, and a brief description.
2. No Returns on Opened or Handled Materials
Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of RUO materials:
- Opened, handled, or stored products cannot be returned
- Returned biological/chemical materials cannot be restocked or resold
- We do not accept returns based on research outcome or experimental interpretation
This protects product integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Compromised Orders
If we verify an error on our side, RISYNTH BIO will resolve the issue by:
- Replacement shipment
- Store credit
- Refund (only if replacement is not possible)
Resolution type is determined case-by-case. Products must remain sealed and unused for verification.
4. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments
To reduce delays and secure inventory:
- In-stock items may ship immediately
- Pre-order items ship separately once available
Pre-order terms:
- Inventory is reserved once processing begins
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled after allocation
- Split shipments do not qualify for partial refunds or discounts
This system allows faster delivery of available items while reserving upcoming stock.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment or inventory allocation begins. Once an order enters:
- Processing
- Packaging
- Inventory reservation
- Shipment preparation
It cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are rare and only issued when:
- Replacement is not possible
- A verified fulfillment error occurred
- The order was successfully canceled before processing
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind
- Research results
- Delayed transit once shipped
- Misunderstanding of product purpose (RUO)
- Split shipments / pre-orders
- Customer input errors (address, product selection, etc.)
7. Shipping & Responsibility
RISYNTH BIO ensures all orders are:
- Verified before shipment
- Properly packaged
- Released in good condition
Once a package is transferred to the carrier:
- Transit time is outside our control
- Delays do not qualify for refunds
- Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details
- Incorrect addresses may result in loss without refund
8. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
To protect service quality and pricing:
RISYNTH BIO reserves the right to deny resolution, restrict accounts, or refuse service in cases of:
- Policy abuse
- Fraudulent claims
- Excessive refund attempts
- Manipulative dispute behavior
We encourage customers to contact us first — most concerns are resolved quickly and professionally.
9. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
We are committed to resolving issues before escalation. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
By purchasing, you agree:
- You will contact RISYNTH BIO before initiating a dispute
- You will provide reasonable opportunity for resolution
- You understand our published policies prior to purchase
If a chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment processor with:
- Order confirmation & timestamps
- Shipment & delivery verification
- Customer agreement to policies
- Communication history
- Fraud screening & billing match data
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent account restriction
- Refusal of future service
- Reporting to payment and fraud monitoring systems
Most concerns are resolved faster through direct support.
10. Store Credit vs Refund
When applicable, resolutions may be issued as:
- Replacement shipment
- Store credit
- Refund (occasional)
Store credit may be used anytime and does not expire unless stated.

By completing a purchase, you confirm:
