FAQs
Got questions? We’ve got molecules—and answers
1. Are your peptides for human use?🚫 No. All RISYNTH products are strictly for research use only. Not for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary applications. Please don’t test on yourself.
2. Do your products come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?✅ Yes. Every batch is backed by a COA so you can verify purity, identity, and quality. Science without transparency is just guesswork.
3. Where do you ship from?📦 All orders ship from the United States. Fast, trackable, and no customs delays for U.S. customers.
4. How fast is shipping?🚀 We ship within 1 business day, and most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 days. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it’s on the move.
5. Can I return or exchange products?⚠️ Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, returns aren’t accepted —but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect (in this instance we will pay for the product to be returned to be disposed of), contact us and we’ll make it right.
6. How should I store my peptides?❄️ Temperature: Store at -20°C for long-term or 4°C for short-term (up to a few months). Avoid room temperature storage.
Moisture Protection: Keep peptides in airtight, moisture-proof containers (vacuum-sealed or desiccator with silica gel). Avoid exposure to humidity.
Containers: Use sealed vials or amber glass containers to protect from light. Store vials upright.
Avoid Freeze-Thaw Cycles: Limit repeated freezing and thawing to maintain peptide stability.
Refrigeration After Reconstitution: Store reconstituted peptides in the fridge (4°C) and use within a few weeks.
7. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?📬 Absolutely. If you're running a lab or stocking up, reach out through our contact form or email for custom pricing.
8. Is it legal to buy peptides online?🔍 In the U.S., it is legal to purchase peptides for research use only. We do not sell for human use or promote off-label applications.
9. What form do peptides come in?🧪 Peptides are delivered in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form in sealed glass vials. They need to be reconstituted with the appropriate solvent before use.
